Hello, my name is Kaylah and I will be a junior this year! I cannot wait for this exciting school year as it will be my second year on the jv dance team. My favorite style of dance is contemporary. In my free time I like to hangout with my friends, go to the beach, and dance at my studio. I was born here in San Diego and live with my mom, dad, younger brother, and my two pets. I started dance last year and cannot wait to keep on growing as a dancer.
Hi, my name is Kaylah! I'm an incoming junior and this will be my second year on jv. My dance journey first started freshman year during term 2 on the intermediate team. I had no experience, but I knew that trying it would be fun. I soon then began taking private lessons here and there until I made the jv team my sophomore year. I now take dance classes regularly now and feel that I have grown just in that small year. Being apart of the jv dance team has been so fun to me, especially with all the friendships you make. It will be exciting to see how much we will all grow this year and how close we will become as a team. One thing that I would like to grow more in is contemporary, as it is my favorite style of dance. I do also love jazz and hiphop. One of my goals that I hope to achieve would be to make tdf!
